Laurium Manor is celebrating our Pearl Anniversary. It has been 30 years since we purchased this abandoned and unlivable mansion. New King Bed in Victorian Hall’s Room#17
We just completed installing the second of the three king beds we brought back from Florida this year. It is a massive solid wood bed finished in a Bombay mahogany stain varnish. Being so massive, of course we have to put it in a room on the third floor. Each of the solid nine inch diameter posts are eight feet tall and must weigh at least 60 pounds. Now that the transport and assembly is complete, I think it fits in this room like it always belonged here.
