Vacation Rental Home Policies


CREDIT CARDS:   Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express:  Credit cards are accepted to reserve rooms made with our online reservation form. Your card will be charged for the entire balance of your stay within 24 hours from the time you make your reservation and upon acceptance of our  1 month Cancellation Policy for our Vacation Home Rentals.

CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS:   Deposit payment  for the entire balance is due 2 months prior to the date of arrival. If there is less than 2 months to the date of arrival we will hold your reservation for 5 days for you to get your deposit to us. We will email you a deposit invoice with deposit amount and due date. Your confirmation will be sent after the deposit has been received.


Check In and Check Out

Check In at Laurium Manor Inn, 320 Tamarack St, Laurium

Check In times for all Vacation Rental Homes are between 4pm and 11pm Eastern time.

Early check in times must be prearranged for Check Ins before 4 pm

Late Check Ins after 11pm MUST make special arrangements.

Late Check Outs after 11am MUST be prearranged otherwise you will be charged for another night.


Cancellations must be received no less than one month prior to the date of arrival for a full refund of the deposit minus a $10 processing fee..
If a cancellation is made less than one month prior to the date of arrival the deposit is forfeited.
During special events ( MTU Graduation ) deposits are non-refundable.
