What's Included A full buffet breakfast is included in these rates and is served in Laurium Manor Inn's dining room except during the "no breakfast" periods noted in the rates for each room below. Coffee, tea, cocoa, muffins or cookies are available in the evening. During the "No Breakfast" periods cookies and muffins are not available. All rates based on single or double occupancy. For additional guests add $10/person/night. Reservations Policy A check or money order for the payment in full for the entire reserved time of stay is due 2 months prior to the date of arrival. If there is less than 2 months to the date of arrival we will hold your reservation for 7 days for you to get your deposit to us. Credit cards are not accepted to hold rooms except when there is less than 7 days until the date of arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover to confirm reservations if there is less than 7 days to the date of arrival but only upon your acceptance of our cancellation policy. Confirmations will be sent after the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy Laurium Manor Inn and Victorian Hall B&B: Cancellations must be received no less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival for a full refund of the deposit. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival the deposit is forfeited. During special events ( MTU Winter Carnival, MTU Graduation ) deposits are non-refundable. For groups that rent all 9 rooms in Laurium Manor and/or all 7 rooms in Victorian Hall, cancellations must be received at least 1 month prior to the date of arrival for a full refund. Keweenaw House and Miner's Cottage: Cancellations must be received no less than one month prior to the date of arrival for a full refund of the deposit. If a cancellation is made less than one month prior to the date of arrival the deposit is forfeited. If we are able to rent the house during the period that was cancelled, we will refund the deposit in the amount we were able to rerent it for. During special events ( MTU Graduation ) deposits are non-refundable.

Guestrooms Rooms #1 thru #10 are located in Laurium Manor Inn. Rooms #11 thru 20 are located in Victorian Hall B&B. Rooms #13 & #19 are not available at this time.
